Mushroom Festival & Dinner

May 25th - May 27th

Held every Memorial Day weekend, the mushroom festival celebrates the wild mushroom hunting that occurs every spring in and around McCloud. Event features live music, mushroom vendors, wine tasting, special mushroom delicacies, cooking demonstrations, seminars and educational booths on mushroom harvesting.

 

47th Annual Flea Market

June 3rd

The 47th Annual McCloud Flea Market will be held on June 3rd, 2018, on Main St. McCloud. In addition to shopping, there will be music by Wild Woman Sounds, good food and drink. Come have fun, and support the vendors and our town.

Absences

Policy for Clearing Absences as of August 2016

 

Absences MUST be cleared within 3 days of a student’s absence.  Any absence not cleared within 3 days by either a phone call, email to the office (abourke@sisuhsd.net), or handwritten note turned into the office will be marked as a cut.  Once a cut has been entered it cannot be changed therefore it is important to clear the absence within the 3 days grace period.  The autodialer will call the every peiod of an absence to remind a parent that they forgot to call the school.  The parent may leave a message on the school’s voicemail if calling after hours.  Please be sure to include student’s name, date of absence and reason for absence.

 

New Communication

Siskiyou Union High School District will be launching a new communication system. 

We will be able to contact you through a cell call, text and email.

Please make sure your information is updated.

 

We will also be contacting you at the end of the day regarding your student's absences.
